December saw the unbeaten runs of the veterans and under 18's come to an end, but decent results for the under 12's and a reserves.
The firsts played a cup match against division 3 Railway Rovers at the start of the month. Goals from Will Braddock, Nick Dalby, Ercal Dinu, Chris Jackson, Jake Pearson, a brace from Daniel Towle and a hat trick each for Tom Gibling and Matt Hawkins took the firsts into the next round with a 13-1 victory. Unfortunately, this was followed up two weeks later with a 6-1 home defeat against Benjamin Smith. Spencer the only scorer.

After a four week break, the reserves were back in action against Stapleford Town in the cup. The lack of match practice proved crucial as they went down to a 2-0 defeat. This was rectified the following week away at Shardlow St James Reserves. A Chris Johnson hat trick against his old club and a goal from Simon Chambers gave Kirk Hallam a 4-1 win. The month and year were rounded off with a 2-1 win over MH United. Coming behind from with goals from Tom Gillott and Mason Proctor-Smith preserved the teams' unbeaten record against MH, making it four wins and two draws out of six over the last three years.

P3 W2 D0 L1 GF6 GA4 Pts6. Top scorer for the month was Chris Johnson with 3 goals.
The veterans travelled to Edwalton Cavaliers hoping to extend their 100% start to the season. This was not to be, as they were beaten 1-0 and suffered their first ever defeat. This was followed by the visit of Basford United from the top division in the cup. A closely fought and competitive match ended in defeat at 4-3 to the visitors.

P2 W0 D0 L2 GF3 GA5 Pts0. Top scorer for the month was Nick Ghislanzoni with 2.
The under 18's exploded into the month with a stunning 6-2 win over East Leake Bantams. A Brace each for Jake West and Regan Atkinson, added to one each for Daniel Stokes and Ian Bailey did the damage. They then travelled to Riverside and came away with another win. This time, goals from Regan Atkinson, Daniel Stokes, Ellis Hacking and Charlie Roach gave Kirk Hallam a 4-2 win. Unfortunately, they weren't able to complete a clean sweep for the month as they were beaten at home by Wollaton & Bramcote FC 5-2. Consolation goals were scored by Daniel Stokes and Charlie Roach.
Under 18's record for December was
P3 W2 D0 L1 GF12 GA9. Top scorer for the month was shared between Daniel Stokes and Regan Atkinson, who were on three each.
Following their relegation from division one, the under 12's played a single cup match in December. They visited Southwell City Saracens, where the match went to extra time, but two goals from Ellis Shore gave Kirk Hallam a 2-1 win and progression to the next round.
